You will receive an email notification once your purchase is completed and processed at checkout.
We aim for same day dispatch for items purchased before 12.00 pm on business days please otherwise allow 1 to 3 business days for dispatch.

Please note that weekends and Public Holidays are NOT included as business days.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
- Check the email of your original order confirmation and check the expected dispatch days noted on your order.
- Check your inbox for your dispatch notice which contains tracking information of your order
- Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to see whether your order is in transit or if it is waiting for collection.
- Check your letterbox for an attempted delivery advice card.
