Please choose carefully as change of mind returns and re-return postage costs will be covered and paid for by yourself.

Returns and Exchanges: We provide a 14-day return/exchange policy for items that are unused and in the same condition. The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs. No more than 30% of the skincare product should be used.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@deladonica.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue ASAP.

FOR SKINCARE:

deLadonica will fully refund or exchange an item if they are faulty or damaged.

For damaged items this must be within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Please email or messenger photos of damaged items.

No more than 30% of the product should be used for faulty items for a refund or replacement.

Contact us at info@deladonica.com and provide us with details of your enquiry.

Please provide us with complete details. Your name, address, phone, email and date of purchase and any proof of purchase you have.

Refunds will be processed in the same method you used for payment.

We will communicate and advise of the return or replacement process.

Change of mind for choice of colour:

Please choose carefully. As a change in choice of colour will result as a cost to you for both the return of the first cushion and delivery of your new choice.

Please return everything that came with your package.

To receive your exchange the Swing Tags and Labels MUST remain intact and remain attached to the cushion in the re-saleable condition in which it came to you.

Item must not be damaged or stained or soiled and must be returned in the re-sealable plastic bag in which it arrived to you.

Item must not have been washed or cleaned or brushed.

The original appearance must not be affected or altered in any way and must be in saleable condition.

Faulty item: 

All deLadonica items and cushions are checked and rechecked before despatching. No items to date have ever been received with fault or problem.

DeLadonica awards a 14 day return policy if the product you receive is faulty.

 

Please email us with fault details. Videos and images are a great help.

Be sure to include your details name, address, phone number, date of purchase and the reason explaining the fault. 

Please include a copy of these details inside the box with your cushion.

Once we receive your item we can then arrange your refund or exchange.
